New approaches to engage and scale expert human insights are at the core of Trust Lab’s innovative approach. We are looking for a creative builder and reliable executor to rapidly prototype, analyze and productionize new moderation and classification techniques. With the ability to develop and implement operational workflows, interpret policy and confidently handle data you’ll be working in close partnership with our engineering team to combine the best in human insights and machine intelligence derived content safety insights.
We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about online content safety, to work with us full or part-time starting immediately. You will interact closely with the company’s senior leadership team in a quick-turnaround environment to build solutions for leading social media platforms. Experience and a track record of achievement in the Trust & Safety field is a must. Specific domain expertise in content enforcement and moderation, 3P vendor management, and policy implementation are a plus.
Our office is located in Palo Alto, California. Based on the official health guidelines regarding COVID-19 we are currently working from home. Working remotely long term is an option. We will consider independent contractors. A valid US work authorization is required.
