Recruiting Business Partner

Trust Lab is an early stage technology start-up based in Palo Alto, California with a mission to restore trust in online content. As a Trust & Safety solutions company we work with content platforms, advertisers and other 3rd parties to identify and mitigate content safety risks such as misinformation, hate speech and brand safety risk. The founding team are renowned 10+ year industry veterans from Google, Youtube, TikTok and Reddit who develop groundbreaking new technologies and processes for online content safety monitoring and threat mitigation to make the web safer for everyone. 


Software Engineering, Machine Learning and Data Science are at the core of Trust Lab’s innovative approach. We are actively seeking an enthusiastic recruiting partner who is as passionate about diversity as we are, and who would like to work with us on a part-time basis for the long term to attract outstanding talent in computer science, data science and operations roles. In addition to sourcing candidates proactively our recruiting partner will take the lead on developing our relationships with universities further, conduct the initial candidate screens and provide candidates with a superior experience throughout the interview process.

Time commitment is 5-10 hours per week for three months but we are hoping to extend the assignment beyond that time frame. We are paying market rates. Prior experience recruiting technical roles for a selective tech company is a must.
